Whole House 3-Stage Water Filtration System, 3/4" port with 2 valves and extra 1 year filter supply (2 sets, 6 pcs)

Very easy DIY set up. I wish I would have installed this years ago. I ran my water for about 10 minuets and noticed a difference right away. Before I installed this product after taking a bath in my porcelain tub I always had to clean the rust dirt ring off with cleaner with this system I do not have to clean the tub after every use. Also I treated my well 2 weeks prior with well safe for Sulphur smell after using this filter system the Sulphur smell and chlorine smell is gone. I highly recommend this product!

Fut well, no water smell, value for money.

The filter works great. However, the fitting for the faucet did not fit my plumbing and I had to search out a better fitting. Once that was solved, the installation was easy. The warranty process however, is another story. I have never had such a convoluted process to register a warranty, which with most products is very straightforward. The website you are directed to is the companies complaint process and you need to type in “warranty registration” to file a “complaint”. Then, they require an answer in a text box where you type “warranty registration” again. Then they send you an email asking for a copy of the purchase receipt. After copying that into the text box again, it wouldn’t accept it until I again type “warranty registration”. I almost dropped the process in frustration several times. With other products, the process is unique to warranties and much more friendly in their approach.

Just got installed and turn water on long enough to find out my workmanship was leaking(not the filter system) and instantly showed several good sized brown pieces in the first filter. I expect it to be very comparable to a nuvo h20 at a 20% less of the price. Good pressure and seems to be well made with a metal housing. (I expected it to be plastic from the pics and didn't read the description properly to check that before buying) I did use pex tubing so I didn't use the included valves but it was very easy to use a one piece adapter from the screw in female ports on the housing with pex connectors on the other ends.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product in February of 2021. Installation was straightforward and ownership was uneventful until September 2022. One morning I went to shower and found there was no water. When I went to check the system I found over an inch of water in my basement. One of the filter housings had cracked at the threads and completely broken off letting water flow into my basement. My water pressure is on the low side of average and there is a regulator before the filters to protect the system from surges so a defective or inferior housing is the only explanation.I did some research and found that the transparent polyethylene housings are more prone to breakage compared but the average lifespan is still around ten years. I ordered a new housing, actually a whole new filter, that is solid blue. When I went to install it I noticed another one of the housings had developed a crack in the threads which means I'll have to buy another one at $34. That's $68 in a month (Please see pictures)Edit: I woke up to find ANOTHER HOUSING had BROKEN SOMETIME THIS MORNING LEAVING ME WITH ankle deep water in my basement. This is going to cost me $$ in ruined property
