I love everything about this cup. When I made it with the picture and text I was worried the text would look goofy but they actually put it bigger and beside the picture which made it look even better than I thought! I got black with sparkles and when I was the sparkles don’t come off. The color of the cup is awesome and if you’re looking to buy. Just do it. You won’t be disappointed. I would absolutely buy again. Got it for my partner very giftable and above and beyond. Thank you!

I loved how it came out on the mug, the only thing I was a little disappointed is, you need a very hot temperature, like boiling temperature, for the pic to appear. Only machine made coffee won’t show. 😕 I wanted to make my fiancée a surprise making him breakfast using the mug, but didn’t come out as planned... 😅In general the product is great! Just make sure the beverage is at boiling temp. 😉 the package was very good and came intact!Thank you!

The mug I got had like glitter embedded all over the surface. Pretty but not very comfortable and not something I was aware of when I purchased it. The picture reveal worked OK for the first 3-4 times but quickly faded, starting from the top and bottom of the picture. Now, hot water poured all over the cup won't bring up the picture. It's a shame too because I paid twice as much for express shipping than the mug cost to get it in time for Xmas (I broke my wife's favorite mug days before!) and now it's a mug that will most likely end up in the trash.Company has offered to replace or refund if I send them a picture. Not sure what sending them a picture will do to help them know the picture isn't coming up any more other than frustrate me even more in hopes I'll let it drop because there's too much hassle involved in a $15 mug but then again, maybe that's the point.
