I started taking this supplement a few years ago because after menopause I really felt my ability to concentrate went down significantly. I did some research and found this supplement. When I take this I feel mentally sharp and not forgetful. It’s really made a difference and I have tried to stop taking it and brain fog comes back!! I just got my spouse to try it too and she’s seeing a difference also. Definitely a winner if you struggle with brain fog.

I’m not sure if this product is having any effect yet because I’ve just started taking it. But it isn’t having any bad effects as far as I can tell.

I actually think the product is helpful. I want to strongly recommend you keep this product away from pets. My curious labrador manage to open the contents and consume over 200 capsules. He didn't make it. Be careful where you store these, and don't assume the lead can be secure for safety. An unexpectedly bad tragedy. But I recognize no one would ever feed these to their dog. This was just an accident.

I should have paid closer attention, it's 400mcg per serving, and 1 serving is 2 capsules, so it's really 180 capsules at 200mcg. I was taking huperzine a few years ago but stopped because it was interfering with sleep. I started taking them, but in the morning rather than night, so sleep interference is gone. I used what was left of my bottle of 200mcg from source naturals, and I began to be able to think more clearly at 200mcg, but i guess I was building tolerance? I don't know. I was almost out of my bottle from source naturals, but they seemed to have changed something based on reviews, and then I came across these and figured I'd try it out. It was a little misleading with the 400mcg and 180 capsules slapped on it, but this was my fault, as literally 2 seconds of research, and there it is. 180 capsules of 200mcg isn't a bad deal, in fact it is one of the better deals, and I can drop back down to 200mcg if 400 is too much.

Seems to help my focus and my energy level has been much improved.

Just what I wanted.

So, I bought this hoping it would give me the key to lucid dreaming, but instead, it turned my sleep into a rollercoaster of interrupted cycles. It didn’t quite give me the vivid, mind-bending dreams I was hoping for—what I got was more like a disturbed sleep marathon, where I kept waking up thinking I had missed something important.I wanted to be flying through my dreams, but I ended up more like a confused owl, blinking in the middle of the night, wondering if I had fallen asleep or just drifted into some strange, half-awake dimension. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for either.It’s definitely worth a try if you’re curious, but for me, it didn’t do the trick for lucid dreaming. If anything, it’s probably the closest I’ve come to living out an episode of a sleep-deprived reality show. 3 stars—because while my dreams weren’t as wild as I hoped, I did get some interesting middle-of-the-night thoughts out of it.

My memory and energy have definitely improved.
