My parents are from South Korea and they enjoy a lot of fermented dishes such as kimchi, pickles, fermented seafood (squid, oysters, shrimps, fish intestines etc). When I visit them I am AFRAID of opening their fridge as I can even smell those smelly food in the living room (OMG!). One day I decided to buy these for their wedding anniversary (lol a funny gift) and I called a maid service to clean their kitchen (of course I gave the maids fat tips for cleaning up anything disgusting and stinky). Kimchi and those fermented products are supposed smell after a couple of hours once they're stored back in a fridge, but after installing one of these smell-absorbing stuffs repugnant smell was significantly reduced. Of course the fridge was smelly when I was sticking my nose inside but it didn't smell much in the kitchen in general. I haven't tried activated charcoal pouches yet so I cannot compare them with these, but it worked well for my parents' fridge. I told them to get more of those for upcoming years!

The media could not be loaded. I like that this product is slim, and comes with the suction cup for placement almost anywhere. Also, there was a noticeable decrease in odor after I placed this product underneath a sofa that I had purchased that had a slight smell.

Been using these for a year and love them! The reviews for opened packaging and less than a 4-pack are SELLER ISSUES. Look closely at the seller. Mr. Medical sold these to me. They are packaged properly as a 4-pack that will not pop open during shipping. And don't forget to wet the suction cup when sticking it to the fridge wall.

I was looking for an easy way to deodorize and freshen the air in the fridge, so I bought this Arm & Hammer Air Filter and have been using it for quite some time.This filter has a no-chemicals odor-absorbing baking soda and a simple design that is easy to stick to the wall or door using a suction cup. It doesn't change the taste of food but helps absorb and neutralize unwanted food odors. I usually put one in the refrigerator and one in the freezer for maximum odor control.However, I haven't noticed that it keeps the food fresh for a longer period of time. Additionally, it should be replaced every 30 days, which I always forget (lol).

I thought this was a great idea and very convenient. The only problem...It doesn't stay suctioned to the surface. The product is too heavy and would work much better if there was a suction cup on the top and the bottom to keep it in place. I was using it inside an enclosed litter box. It fell into the used litter within an hour of being hung up. Needless to say, it went in the garbage once that happened. :-(
