WEN DPA2412T 24 in. x 12 in. Drill Press Table with an Adjustable Fence and Stop Block

I will still give this table a 5 star rating. The table is easy to setup, the fence is fantastic. The only thing is the T track doesn’t take most standard sized hold downs. Easy enough to swap the bolt out with one that will fit but with the given demographic of this product, I wished Wen would have taken that into account. With that being said, I had to literally not pick to find a flaw. Great table, makes batching out small projects effortless.

I ordered the table for my WEN 12" drill press. Installation was a snap. There are 4 t-bolt that will accommodate the various vendors. For the 12" WEN, one must use the outer two t-bolts with the clamps. However, these clamps become loose if one is using long items (2x4x6') stock. The two inner positions do not work well with the 12' press.In order to fix the problem, I drilled out 4 1 1/8" positions that match the DP table slots. I then picked up two additional M8 125 90mm bolts and clamp knobs. I then relocated the 4 t-bolts to the new positions, mounted the table and all is good. Now the table is extremely stable, yet removable.The upgrade cost me an additional $15 for the parts, but it was still cheaper than the alternatives.The table is good value and functions well, without the mod. For what I need to do, the mod was a time saver, since I did not have to stop and tighten the clamps periodically.

Nice little table. Besides setting it up as a clamping surface I use an end mill to finish material edges or cut. Works well Much heavier construction than it looks online.

Very well constructed. I use it several times a week. I would recommend this to a friend. Easy to assemble very well designed.

I think most of us need a table for our drill presses. The little ones built in just never seem quite enough to get the job done. And so there are a couple of options. It's certainly possible to build your own and then you can get exactly the size and specifications you want. If you don't want to go that route, I think you'll be quite happy with this one.Installation is quick and easy (it easily fit my WEN drill press and should fit almost any other one as well), and the features included do pretty much everything I need them to do. The adjustable fence is square and easy to adjust, and the built-in adjustable stop block makes most jobs quick and easy. The one thing that isn't included but I wish was included is T-track clamps. The table is certainly compatible with them (using the same tracks as hold the fence), though, so you can add them if you want.Admittedly, this isn't made of the most durable materials in the world, so it's not going to last forever, particularly if you put it through a lot of abuse in your shop. However, it will last more than long enough to justify the price, and I'm quite happy to have it on my drill press.

For the hobby wood worshop this table is great. It is the perfect size for my Ryobii DP102L. Installation on the stock metal table took about 2 minutes. The supplied clamps seem to hold it very securely. It arrived with a few nicks in the laminate edging but I'll made more of myown anyway as I work. The edges are nicelyrounded. The edging material is applied well; there are nospots where the workpiece might catch. The seam in the edging materialis on the rear of the table, so the manufacturer obviously took note of an earlier complaint about it being visible on the front. The t-tracks in the table seem secure, but they are only held down by 3 wood screws placed into the MDF material, soI would expect to have to replace them later with a more permanent solution. The fence t- track is not metal, it is simply routed into the MDF and left nfinished. Functional, but inelegant. I am able to raise and lower the table using my drill press crank without any interference.. The fence dooes interfere with the press handles, so I'm leaving it off for most of my work. When it's needed, I can attach iteasily without having to either move or remove the table - a pleasant surprise. I've ordered 4 Rockler t-track work clamps directly from Rockler and I expect them to work well with this WEN table. I took off one star because of the fence interference, the chips it was delivered with, the fence T-slot cut into the MDF rather than a metal track, and for the hardware using standard bolts rather than real t-track bolts. I'd buy it again, though. For me the price was right, size was right, installation was easy, and the fence is easily removable and replaceable. I'd have spent more to make a copy of this table than it cost to buy it ready to use.
