I'm a little weirded out by the titles; eat, live and breathe I feel like It's a little strange. Especially because there is not anything about the books besides the word on the front and an example doodle in the front cover. But the books come with a really nice ribbon bookmark and in elastic band which is really nice.

I liked the fact that there were three journals in the set. They give me a chance to do different things in each book. The paper quality is good and the covers are good. What I didn't like we're the example pages, they could have just out an insert in there instead of on the pages.

This is a nice sized notebook that is handy to turn into a bullet journal. It is a bit heavier than my previous one, so not as easy to throw into my pocketbook. This is more Consistent with a short hardback book size.

It is what it says, it is big as the standard notebook and thick.. i like it!
