Yum yum in your tum! These pistachios are the greatest. I have purchased pistachios from several different stores, even from Turkey but by far these are the best pistachios. They are extremely fresh, lightly salted and huge! They are full of the minerals our soil no longer contains: phosphorous, thiamine, Vitamins B6, C, E, A, and K, riboflavin, niacin, beta-carotene, lutein, copper, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium. In one food you can get all these minerals! And in one ounce you will be eating only 8 grams of carbs (for those I don't eat carbs), 3 grams of fibers and 6 grams of protein-from just one ounce. (But who can eat only an ounce of such wonderful nuts?) Health benefits include healthy heart, weight management, protection against diabetes and hypertension, and improved digestion. Eating pistachios on a regular basis has been shown to decrease the LDL (bad cholersterol and increase the HDL. THE AMOUNT OF SODIUM IN PISTACHIOS THEMSELVES IS ZERO compared to hazelnuts and pecans. Get rid of those bags of chips, cookies, cakes, frozen junk food that are made from chemicals and eat healthy. When I get hungry I grab the pistachios. This supplier has the best quality pistachios I've ever tasted!! I can thank them for my health. At 61 years old I take not one medication. My heart is like a 20 year, so says the cardiologist. I have no problems with any of blood work. My mind is fine. My weight is great. Eat natural foods-your body will reward you for it. Order some of Kirkland's pistachios.

I think Kirkland Brand has the Best Tasting Pistachios. i have tried other. But Kirkland taste the Best. and Large in sizes as well. ( you eat Less )……. And this Large Bag Last me a good while. ( one whole year on Date. ). Good on that. But my Household LOVES PISTACHIOS. YES! YES!

I really enjoyed these pistachios since they were fresh, tasty and larger than other brands. Some brands with the larger sized nuts tend to taste kind of dull and ordinary and have less of a crispy texture, but not these. I personally think that the price is too high, but I'm used to buying the Wonderful brand which is much more affordable. If you have the money to spend on these fancier pistachios, by all means, give them a try. I am going to settle for my less expensive brand, Wonderful, which taste almost the same, but quite as large.

Why would anyone choose any other place than Kirkland's? The price is right. The packaging is perfect and filled to the brim. The taste of their nuts are salted to perfection, while the chew of the nuts to me are crunchy and creamy. Just why I I will be a customer as long as I live!! Bravo Kirkland!!

The nuts were good an not stale.

They're pistachios. They're tasty. What's not to love? I only gave it 4 stars because whenever I'm snacking on pistachios it never fails that the last one is ALWAYS the one that doesn't have a crack in it and I can't open it. So I feel cheated. So I go back to the bag to get one more pistachio. But who am I kidding? If I'm getting up to get just one more pistachio I might as well get a whole handful. Why not? I deserve it! Besides, if Quality Control at Kirkland had done their job right EVERY pistachio would have a crack in it! But then the last pistachio from that handful invariably doesn't have a crack in it and I have to pause Jeopardy! to go get one more pistachio - I mean handful of pistachios. And the vicious cycle starts all over again! I blame Kirkland that this 3 pound bag only lasts about 18 hours in my house. Jeez, I need help...

I eat a LOT of pistachios and generally order a different brand n the 5 pound bag; However, I had an add-on item I needed and needed a carrier for it. So, decided to give these a try. I am so glad I did. These pistachios are Excellent, plump, all so far have been open and they have a very fresh, nutty flavor. There is Nothing to indicate if any salt was added but the package says "natural" all over it so I guess they are salt free? But they are delicious and I would certainly buy them again.

Kirkland seems to be pretty consistent when it comes to value and products so I usually regard them as a pretty safe bet. Some nuts were a little cheaper but the reviewers tended to note they were a bit mealy so I went with Kirkland. Many folks like to point out that the nuts can be bought cheaper in a Costco (or a Walmart) for that matter but it is no surprise that it is cheaper to get off your duff and go shopping for low margin products. Thus we have to expect this.
