Q: Does this have a tint or is it clear?

This is clear. I love using it, and highly recommend it. This is the first make-up primer that I've used (I got to try a bit of a friend's first) and I'm very satisfied. It leaves a lovely finish to my skin and doesn't feel sticky or thick or pasty. Make-up goes on beautifully after using it.

It's the classic clear formula, not light.
