great for cleaning shrimp and feeding baby birds!
This is a great for cleaning shrimp how ever I really bought this to feed a baby bird. The curve gets the small pieces of food down the throat without interfering with the breathing hole which is located above the throat.

Somewhat Fragile tip.
Works well. Although the Tip is a bit Fragile. I recently had to purchase a New one, as My Husband managed to break the Tip off???while putting it Away. Now I hide it from him.

It's Actually Easier To Use Than You Might Think
A bit of advice: watch a few videos first, then try this. It's amazing.If you love shrimp as much as I do, think of all the money you can save by buying shell-on! But husking them and removing the vein can be really time-consuming, even for a master chef. If you're cooking for a crowd, it could be an all-day affair!This simple (like, RIDICULOUSLY simple) tool makes quick work of both. With one smooth swipe, it removes the shell, the vein, AND butterflies it. If you love shrimp, get this!
