I think they're good?
My stem plants are growing great! But I can't get my dwarf hair grass to propagate despite using these tabs regularly. Could be light, need for more CO2 or something else... not sure.

Good product
Good product, have used them on and off for decades. All these tabs for aquariums are overpriced if you ask me but it is what it is.I gave 3 stars for "easy to use" just to make people aware that you need to quickly get them down into the gravel as once they hit the water they start to dissolve fast.I would recommend to a friend.

with just looking at the 2 pic,,,before and after,about 3-4 months,the proof is real,im pleased with the results of api products,ive used API products for a few tanks and wont ever use anything else,for the people who are reluctant to try api,refer to the pics,the proof is in the puddin,,,their products are topshelf among the rest and and i will personally vouch for api and their products.

Great product
These tabs have more nutrients like iron and things your plants actually need they will not cause gas pockets under substrate like others the shape and design of the tabs make them very easy to use and keep submerged api products always come out on top in price and quality

Okay tablets but needed to be deep inside the gravels
I had high hopes for these root tabs, but they were a bit of a mixed bag. The moment they touch water, they start to dissolve almost instantly, so you really have to be quick when placing them. If you're not fast enough or don't get them deep into the gravel, they’ll dissolve too soon and cloud up the tank, making everything look messy and untidy.The fertilizer itself seems to do the job for plant growth, but the application process could definitely be improved. I'd recommend only using these if you’re comfortable working quickly and can get the tabs buried deep into the substrate.
