O.k, here is my honest review: I just purchased this iGPS watch couple of days back from Amazon (for 99 pounds) and it looked and felt great and of good quality not the cheap types.After downloading the iGPS app from playstore i managed to create an account and setup a monthly plan but I had some issues earlier in terms of cannot make calls and timezome display but it was fixed quickly by iGPS team (Thanks to Mark & Nicole) who were fantastic in responding to emails and then calling me up from US to UK is where i am based. The watch was a gift to my 11 year old boy who loves it.Also do not have issues with battery life as it last 1 whole day with limiting use to its purpose i.e. using only when needed not playing around with it which is good enough.Few App issues and messaging issues are still present but its minor which should be sorted soon...But in short i can use the iGPS watch for its key purpose i.e. be able to see my son's location and can communicate with him both ways via the iGPS watch.Well done to the iGPS team.

Everything about this product sounds great and on paper it appears the perfect watch.These ones we bought have have had nothing but problems.Neither registered correctly to the account I created when trying to set them up (even though the billing kicked in straight away) so we had to contact the service desk in USA to resolve this. Then once these were added manually the message functionality did not work at all. After contacting the service desk again, the messaging issue was resolved and everything seemed perfect for 10 minutes... then when I tried adding a second contact it has taken everything back to square one and my account/app will no longer connect to the server.Was originally going to send these back and ask for new devices to be sent out but have now given up and will buy a new brand.

The watch arrived next day prime delivery. The app was downloaded and appeared to work ok with one mobile phone. The problems arose when we tried to link the watch with a second and third phone. We could call the watch from all of the phones and the watch could call out. However the app failed to link up with the watch and so no location monitor. The support team attempted to help however we were not confident with the watch. I felt it was a lot of money initially to purchase and then with the £10 monthly SIM payment for what it is. We are going to purchase a cheaper version and use a PAYG sim. Fingers crossed

This is just rubbish; do. It buy it.It did not and could not ever function.Amazon we’re not at all surprised when I complained, and had no hesitation in issuing a full refund. It is a dreadful thing.

Tried all the others --- this is one is it. Set up my account right away, but it took around 5 minutes for the location to update the first time...after that, working great. The kid loves it!

My daughters father bought it for her for Christmas, leaving me to sort the registration etc so I am now paying £10 a month. But I'm OK with that as she can call me when she's at grandparents etc and her step dad (who works away). The location tracker seems to be a bit hit and miss, which is a bit of a pain. But the step counter works well and she is happy to be able to have a little bit of freedom. Love the fact I can control it all from the app. Setting up and controls very easy to use.

NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN! AWFUL PRODUCT, DO NOT BUY!Bought this for my sons 9th birthday and have been battling with this watch for hours to try and set it up, when I managed to get it set up and tried to track the watch I bought for my son, came up tracking about 30 other children’s watches, giving me the option to call them! Everything’s has been deleted straight away and watch is getting returned! If this watch can track so many other children, it makes you wonder who can track mine? Massive complaint going into the company!One star given because I was unable to leave it at zero!
