I used to struggle with constipation and abdominal pain, to the point I feared it might be something serious. My family doctor recommended taking one capsule daily, and since then, my bowel movements have become regular and comfortable. It’s made a big difference in my daily well-being.

I’ve been using Metamucil capsules for a while now, and I find them much easier to swallow compared to the powder form mixed with water. The capsules work well for improving digestive health and help with controlling cholesterol. Just make sure to drink plenty of water when taking them. My only complaint is that I wish the price was a bit more affordable.

This product is definitely worth the cost

This product is exactly what it says it is; however, what they don’t mention is how many you will have to take. This is not a take one a day to stay regular thing. This is take 3-4 a day to stay regular and even more if you have other issues occurring. Not as helpful when taking a glp1 as I had hoped.

After having my gallbladder out these really help me be able to eat mostly anything after messing around with other stuff for two years.

I am on my second bottle. I have noticed that this product does help with gut health providing me with fiber I need. It’s also helps strengthen my heart. I take 4 in the morning and 4 at dinner. Its a really good product
