I like the versatility of this tool. If the hooks locked I would like it better. When trying to use the tool it takes some practice and the video makes it look easy. I like how it folds up to allow me to carry it out of the house without fear of it breaking.

A hook for every need for tendinitus and buttons

Due to injuries, both of my thumbs are shot. I've been having to ask family members for help doing buttons on the many work shirts I launder. Now I can do them myself without waiting for other folks schedules to coordinate.The hook is nice and sturdy, making even collar buttons easy to do. I'll be getting more and using them for gifts.

Since he did not get around to this beforehand, under the stress of the moment he just told them to throw it away.If you buy this for someone who needs it, please take the time to go over how to use it with them, take it out of the package and practice a bit, and don’t gift it right before they have to leave on a flight.As for the manufacturers of this product: Some elderly are traveling with only their carry-on, so maybe you need to set something up with the TSA so they can become familiarized with it, so this total waste of what could have been a very helpful tool for the physically challenged does not have to happen again.

Struggling with shoulder issues and I needed something that would work not only at home but also be convenient for use at work. I can put this in my pocket and easily keep it with me all day. Works great for metal studs on jeans and standard buttons on dress pants or shirts. Video is helpful to get started but you will soon figure out what works best with your restrictions.
