Learn to Draw Rainforest & Jungle Animals

This series of drawing books are perfect for our 10 year old. We use them for fun and for homeschooling animal life. I'd suggest the age group to be 8+ years of age for the difficulty of the drawings. She's really enjoying it. I put some pictures with the contents because alot of them did not have any reference as to what animals were being taught.

My daughters are 9 and 11 and wanted to learn how to draw specific animals. I didn't see a list anywhere of what's included in this book but wish I had. They really enjoyed going through this book and the instructions were easy enough for them to follow.The description says 25 creatures, but the book has 21. The creatures included are: Gorilla, jaguar, blue-crowned motmot, flying fox, crocodile, toucan, howler monkey, capybara, amazon river dolphin, leopard, orangutan, forest elephant, sloth, iguana, poison dart frog, lorikeet, anaconda, scarlet macaw,sun bear, baboon and piranha.The beginning explains drawing with basic shapes and the tools you can use. Each page shows you how to draw each animal and also has fun facts about them. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

My granddaughter loves this book. She has improved her drawing of animals in the rain forest. She could draw some of the animals but they needed tweaked and now she has learned how to draw the other animals. These books give them the hints needed to make their art more life like and proportional. We home school so she wants to draw these animals and use in a "rain forest" project for the school.

A very neat book for help learning to draw animals. The instructions are easy to understand, and there’s a great selection of rainforest animals to draw.

Being an art teacher I use these books with students who are caught up or finish early. They love them.

I bought this for my 7 year old who likes to write books on animal facts and illustrate them. He was very excited to receive this and has started practicing drawing the animals in this book. I also bought the ocean animals book. We both take turns drawing these animals and it is a lot of fun!

Good examples for amateurs. Great for kids who are into drawing
