Lazy Town Action Figure Sportacus

I paid full price + shipping-$21.99 from nick jr's nickshop on nickjr.com. I could not believe the price they are ripping you off for. I guess they can do that when no one else carrys it. We bought ours late 2006 and its still going strong. My son keeps tearing his left arm out of the socket, but other than that and a few close calls playing in the sink, he's still ready for action.(do not put in water) I feel bad for those of you spending close to $70.00 for this. Its a great toy for fans but you will be better off buying the action: Energy Power Armbands, for $14.99 until they come back in stock.(That only if they don't discontinue it.) Energy arms have the same exact sound effects and phrases. Their imagination, activities and their meta-cognition and kinesthetic skills are better because your kid becomes sportacus, jumping fliping pushups soccer eating apples and all. Just like my 4 year old son Tristan.

Was good, worth the entire $248.70, thinking of buying one for the whole family!

Not worth the money. He doesn't really do much other than jumping jacks & some catch phrases.

This action figure is of the LazyTown "slightly above average" hero Sportacus.It stands at 22cm high, and comes with a backpack and skateboard {which can also be used as a stand.}This figure has no sharp or breakable parts, and when you press the crystal button on his chest, Sportacus says 6 phrases:My name is SportacusThat's what I call energyYou can do itSomeones in troubleLets goTime for actionand 3 Sportacus style whooshing noises.Sportacus's legs move to the side and bend backwards {they don't rotate, so he cant be made to sit, hence my four star fun rating} but his head is fully rotational, and his arms have a good range of movement.The details on this action figure are the same as that of the real Sportacus {the stripes on his hat, etc} so it would make the perfect gift for any LazyTown fan.Also, he runs on watch batteries {they're small, silver and round} which are included.Utterly fabulous!

This wasn't boxed, as per the picture but in great condition. The button on the chest makes the arms and legs go out (like a star jump) but it's awkward to hold and press without gripping the legs which then stops the legs going out.

Lovely. Just came a few days ago and its very good!!

Unboxed unfortunately and doesn't look brand new either.
