Q: How tall is the Sonic figure in the car?

Sonic is sitting in the car, and attached. Figure is about 3 inches from the bottom of seat to top of head - but the only thing my son has managed to detach is a spike from Sonic's hair / head.

Q: Can a replacement controller be ordered?

Didn’t find a replacement; probably amazon customer service can ask the vendor.

Q: Having trouble getting the scews out of the remote. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I had the same problem and it ended up breaking. I added some tape to it. We were disappointed since it was a birthday gift to him. He still loves the car with the broken remote.
