So far so good. Grass is coming up fast and not under the best conditions. Total shade, undying dog stomping area. It’s coming up just fine so far

Good germination rate and sprouts in about 1 week with daily watering. Attractive dark green color. Planted last fall and looks great this spring.

Scotts makes and stands behind their products. Sadly this seed just did not make it in my back yard.We will try again.

It's grass seed, yeah, it's finicky. If you are serious about grass, I recommend this highly. The best I have used in 40 years. Yeah, you might have to water it 5 times a day, pay more for a coated seed (at least the birds won't eat it), and use all of your acquired skills, but I guarantee you'll be impressed. I live in Massachusetts, other areas might be different.

Backyard full of crabgrass12 days after overseeding. Not as fast as described but it seems that it works. Used in combination with 1) Mag-i-cal Plus for lawn in acidic and hard soil (Jonathan Green) 2) Turf Builder Triple action Built for seeding (Scott's) and 3) Turf Builder Lawnsoil (Scott's). Prep steps Mow low, dethatch with Lawn Master and walking aeration.

Disappointed with this seed. Followed the instructions and it came up very spotty. Reseeded again after 3 weeks but not happy with the result. Thought this was good seed.

Excellent product. Used many times before

This seed germinated well for us. We used it in areas that were void of grass. We followed the instructions on the bag and it all worked out well.
