Solid choice for workout/running recovery for those who avoid animal products intake. It really speeds muscle recovery and avoids soreness. Even those who aren't vegan/vegetarian should try it, since it works the same, if not better, than tradicional, whey protein sourced BCAAs.

I actually saw a small increased in lean muscle; NOTE: precise, cosistant workouts; good clean food, and rest must be included to see results. BCAA alone is pointless IF your goal is to increase muscle mass. Solgar has been around for a long time; I trust the company and products. AND as always, see a health care provider BEFORE taking anything!
