Primary Math Intensive Practice 1A and 1B

Good review to match the singapore 1A math curriculum. Overall the book is difficult to use. The binding is tough for my 5 year old to wrote around. Content covers more intensive practice which is as expected.

Kids love it. Very interesting and thoughtful questions, well-designed.

If you look for some material to challenge your little one on solving real life problem, you have found it. Our math teacher gave us the books to use. My son is not challenged in the classroom and he asked for more of Beestar-type word questions. This book set has interesting graphic based and word questions that make him excited. The way they presented questions are very attractive to my son. He has learned new ways of problem solving and alternative ways to solve the same problems. He made a huge leap in his ranking at Beestar Honor Roll. I brought him some pages so that he worked on them in his math class. Even he does not usually like workbooks, with my reminder, he has making very nice progress chapter by chapter. I am glad to have a chance working on this book with my child. Some questions made me excited too. Thank you, Singapore math.

good for the kids

This is too simple for my kid. However, I think the CPA methods should be useful for him at this stage. I will keep using it.
