1 TerraByte, 2.5 inch hard drive.
The drive is nice and quiet, slim and works well. Used as a spare Home drive on our Ryzen setup. Four SSDs and four mechanical hard drives to provide backup facilities. Also another three external drive bays for potential off-site backups. We are cautious, we also have another, next generation Ryzen server on our network, this has a similar arrangement although it is newer. All run Linux Mint, all are water-cooled. Windows XP and 8 are run in virtual machines, isolated from the network, to execute needed business programmes incompatible with Linux. We no longer use M2 drives as they do not suit our multiple backup scheme. We will soon add network storage and a VPN.

Great but why so much packaging?
The product arrived promptly and worked fine, however the packaging it came in was extremely OTT for the size of the item. See attached photo. Saving the planet begins with reducing packaging. Luckily I will keep the boxes rather than bin them

Must Buy big brand for a small price
I am great fan of toshiba brand, have used toshiba laptops for around 15 -17 yrs now. There HDD are really good as well just like the name...i bought the drive by the Toshiba name and it worked as aqesome and smooth as the brand name...must buy highly recommended.

Works perfectly
Bought as a replacement for my HP laptop drive which had failed. It was easy to replace and fitted perfectly. I restored the backup disk image and it has worked faultlessly ever since.

Did what it said on the packet
