I ordered the BioWaveGo mainly to help with shoulder pain I’ve been having and I’m surprised at how well it works. I had shoulder surgery two years ago because I got hit by a snowboarder while I was out skiing with my husband. I ended up having a tear and frozen shoulder at the same time. Now sure how that happened because even the surgeon was surprised as it’s uncommon for the injury I had. My shoulder has never been the same after surgery even with PT and going back to normal life and doing everything like I used to. There’s always an ache and tightness in one spot even with stretching and heat. I couldn’t even sleep comfortably on the affected shoulder.I decided to give this a try because why not. It’s expensive but from what I read, it’s targets deeper than a tens unit which I’ve had in the past and was not really happy with it. I got the unit and it immediately started beeping at me and was showing orange bars which meant there was a disconnect somewhere despite everything being plugged in. Of course it would be my luck that I have this expensive device and it’s a LEMON. I was able to get it to work by jiggling the cable until all of a sudden it stopped working at all.I used the device three times before it crapped out on me but in just those three treatments on three different days, my shoulder didn’t hurt as much. Maybe it was in my head but I needed to get this thing to work. I contacted the support line and got a response from a representative. She gave me a call and immediately sent me a replacement cable. I got the cable in a few days and it works again.I am so happy!! I used my FSA account so if you are able to budget or if you have left over and were thinking of using this, 10/10 recommend. The battery life is pretty good on this thing- lasts a long time. I’m still at full charge and have used it about 14 times so far and each treatment is 30 mins. It’s definitely not like a regular TENS unit. The sensation does indeed feel to go deeper and it’s very uncanny that I can’t exactly explain how it feels but my arm feels so much better. It doesn’t feel stiff like it was before I started using this device.I do like that you can pair this with your phone so you can select where you’re putting the leads and see the intensity and how much time you have left. You don’t even have to use your phone. It’s small and easy to carry around. In my pictures, the device you can see the bars I have left- each bar is 6 mins but I’ve also included screenshots from my phone.

I finally am starting to feel like myself again after a bad car accident. Ive done injections and physical therapy and nothing has provided pain relief like this little gadget. It may be small but it is mighty. I can wear it for a few minutes in the morning and get 6 to 8 hours of relief. It is easy to use and the battery last a long time. I have never had any issue using the pads provided and can reuse them several times before replacing then. As far as value for the money, I am very happy. I didn't want to spend this much but to get the relief I get I would honestly have paid anything, and I have already spent a small fortune on all the Doctor and Therapy appointments as well as botox and trigger point therapy injections so I see this has an investment into my wellbeing and happiness.

Pads have the right amount of sticky to them.Helps with neck and back pain. I like that it can connect to phone. Easy to use.Works better then a tens unit has more power to get further down to the muscles.

I felt like it worked great, however, not $350 worth better than a tens. . I would have kept it, but the cheap materials it is made of just didn't hold up. The jack, or perhaps the cable itself, started dropping the connection within 2 weeks and I feel like for $400, it should be more durable, or at least include a couple of extra sets of cables. (Which are $30 to replace) Lasting only a couple of weeks before having connections issues just not good.

I Love this product! I have really tense shoulders and this machine really helped to ease my pain and relieve the muscle tension. I even tried it on my boyfriend and he wants one for himself! The only thing I'd say is to really make sure the pads are stuck on because otherwise the machine wont work.

Great little unit, compact enough to carry in my bag, or wear out and keep in my pocket. Does exactly what I expect it to do for alleviating pain. What I wasn't expecting was how great the customer service was, and how much really helpful information they provide. The website is full of super helpful and useful info for pain management and relief, and I feel that the company was very uniquely supportive, which I really appreciated.

This device is easy to set up, you just follow the instructions and put the pads wherever you're hurting, turn it on, and adjust the strength to what feels comfortable. It kind of feels like a massage and the relief lasts even after I'm done using it, which I really like.Now don't get me wrong, It hasn't completely eliminated my pain, but it’s definitely helped make it easier to deal with. If you're tired of being sore all the time and want something that genuinely helps, I'd recommend trying this. It’s made a noticeable difference for me.

This is awesome! My boyfriend was super excited to try this out. We got to the 4th level and it was really strong for such a small device! I am going to try this with my menstrual cramps. It also comes with a guide showing you different placement options.
