Far fewer cals than the others, so munching an entire “sharing” bag to yourself wouldn’t be the end of the world! They have pieces of real fudge in, I think and don’t taste artificial.However, I confused them with another small British company and assumed their packaging was also paper and recyclable. With the bags it’s pot luck as to whether you get individual marshmallows or a congealed mess. This is how they arrived so not sure if the storage issue is with Amazon or the manufacturer.
