Just over a year
Had this camera for just over a year before it stopped working a couple of weeks ago... No video feed, unable to connect/ping the manually assigned IP address (also on the off chance it reset to defaults or somehow the IP address got changed, it doesn't show up in the IP camera tool listing). So it's out of warranty now, and I'm not going to replace it with another Agasio product, I expect more than a year's use.Up to that point I did not have any problem with it, it worked fine, though the picture quality wasn't all that great, but passable. I installed it in a dome ( 7" Outdoor Dome Encloser for Loftek Foscam Wansview Apexis Cctv Surveillance Security Wireless Ip Camera ) and it worked well, turned off the IR LED's and used a couple of external IR LED sources, also purchased via Amazon, due to the glare on the inside of the dome. The IR cut filter operated automatically even with the internal LED's off.

Absolutely Horrid Software!
I've had this camera now for a few months, and while it technically works as a camera, the included software does not. The web-based software is simply terrible. Seemingly half of the options don't work. Scheduler seems to be on it's own timer. The IR option works and then doesn't work, then works again. Camera reboots when it's in the mood. No third party software that I've looked at yet recognizes it. Foscam hardware comes close, but still can't control all of the camera's features with it. The available binary software included simply doesn't work. Tried several OS's such as XP, Vista, and Win7. Nothing. Both the web interface and included software were apparently translated by someone that doesn't speak English as a primary language. The ceiling mount that can be purchased for it is cheesy - doesn't flush mount, with a plastic arm to mount the camera to.So while the camera is cheap, and the hardware does work mostly, the time that is spent dealing with the software issues isn't worth the savings. Agasio as a company is brand new in the US market, and it clearly shows. No firmware or software updates on their site as of yet, and other relevent links are nothing more than "coming soon...". I was hoping for something more to proceed with putting these cameras all over our enterprise, but that's not going to happen unless there's a major investment in Agasio's software development and management. Two stars only for the hardware working as expected (PoE, IR, motion detection, etc.). Horrid included software and lack of fully compliant third-party software support makes it a deal buster.

worked great for a few hours, but then...
I received this camera and was initially pretty impressed...pan and tilt was pretty fast and quiet, and image quality seemed pretty good. Would be better if it had zoom, but it doesn't...can't deduct points for that. However...I set it up at the office and configured it so I could see it at home. Then, I lost connection...camera seemed to have died. When I came in this morning, camera was completely dead. A little experimentation with different ports and cables led to the discovery that the POE part was dead...it does work when I use the external AC adapter, but I don't want to run a separate cord. Tried to call technical support, but the combination of language difficulties, poor phone connection, and an inability to understand the problem (tech wanted to dial in to my computer to see the settings; I had already unmounted the camera, as it was clearly a hardware failure) didn't help. Finally I suggested that perhaps I should just return the camera to Amazon; he said since it was a hardware failure and they couldn't find my order anyway, that this was the best course of action. Amazon now has none available, so I will be getting a refund. The same camera is available direct from the manufacturer a little cheaper than Amazon (with free standard freight); haven't decided whether to risk buying direct with potential poor customer support.

Works but needs improvement
All functions work but the motion sensor needs to be improved. The alert emails I received from the cam are triggered by color not motion. I adjusted the sensitivity level to 1 but did not help much.Another issue is the absurd Windows-only web GUI for full control functionalities. There are so many people out there who do not use Windows and IE at all. I downloaded an Android cam viewer and it works fine.
