FILES LOST, drive broken within two days
I actually bought another drive from this same brand a few months ago, and it's been working fine but then I got a bigger one to backup the first one and copied the old drive to the new one. Instantly, both drives now don't work, and stopped loading. I just see a red light and nothing appears on the screen at all. I've lost thousands of images, videos and memories. They've got no support center in the UK and there's nothing I can do. AVOID

Gr8 storage
Got a few now - one for photos only, one for my music library and one for docs. Why three because my files are in the TB region! Wish they made them with bigger storage,

Vibrates quite a bit, but nevertheless, it's honestly a solid piece of kit, backed up stuff on PC & PS4, durable too.
