I was going to physical therapy for my hip and was ordered to ice twice a day. 20 min on, 20 off and another 20 on. Not ideal when you’re at a computer working all day.I was able to grab the pack out of the freezer and strap it on in less than a minute and continue working without having to hold it in place. It also allowed me to stand at my desk because my “fix” before I got it was to sit uncomfortably in order for the chair to hold it in place to allow me to type with both hands hahahaha.

Works fine; the website to get the free gift was in a foreign language (russian?); did not come with directions which would have been helpful.

This is not what I would considerflexible as stated, the material is very stiff the corners are sharp even after putting into cover it is hard to bend around body curves .The picture shows it capable of being wrapped around anywhere you need it and secured. I find it very stiff with 4 different sections and hard to fold and keep in place. I am disappointed with it as compared to what I was expecting when it said flexible. I know that they make ones that will comfortably wrap around your knee or arm because my physical therapist has them . Maybe it is better for heat bot the material is never going to be very flexible

I really like the size and shape cold pack. It is big enough to cover a sizeable part of my knee. Wrap I can put on the back of my knee for awhile and then the front of the kneeI've tried a lot of ice packs and this one if far better than any other I have used!

I really like this ice pack. I play soccer every week. I need an ice pack after the match. The surrounding bag could have used a better fitting velcro closure, and the bag thaws out faster than I anticipated. That said, it's the best ice bag I have ever used.

It’s long enough and wide enough to get my hip, quad, and IT bands covered. It also helped in recovery with my (lower back)spinal fusion. Super glad we chose this one.
