Waste of money !!
The media could not be loaded. Recvd defective product twice. Legs are not even.they keep shaking.both the products I got had the same issue.So returned.Also no utility value. Can only use for tiny cups. Spacing for each mug to be hanged is very less. Even medium size mugs can't b arranged on thiz rack. See my video & pics attached. Kept a glass so that u can figure out how tiny the mug size is.

Quality is good but only smaller size cups fit in this.

Waste of money. Normal size plates won't fit in it. It is tiny.
I never wrote a review in 15 years being an amazon customer in USA, Canada and India. This is the worst product I bought. Difficult to return, I threw it in garbage. Total waste of money. Make sure you read the dimensions before buying. It is pretty much useless.
