no need if have a room filter with inbuilt meter ...otherwise can buy ...for room air fussy people
expensive ..easy to set up link to wi fi and let it retrieve your city rating ...accurate ...i check it against dyson filter in built meter ....a little unstable on its tiny legs

Excellent product, but....
The product is very good. My only complaint is one about its design. It is portable theoretically, but it is very difficult to carry safely. Its shape is such, and it doesn't have anything for holding. Because of its smooth tapering shape one can't even attach something to it. Perhaps the designers will do something about it!

Wonderful product
Wonderful product I am using to show Amway Atmosphere Drive Demo. I already used a China brand. But Kaiterra doing wonderful job. I stongly recommend all Amway ABO can go for Kaiterra Egg 2. Bit costly but worth buying it. Chandrasekharan Diamond Director

after two months, it stopped working!!!
I bought it as I got very sick due to pollution in November 2019 in Delhi, and this took showed strikingly different figures comparing to my air purifiers that shows the air index of the rooms in my house. The Kiterra showed much higher index than my air purifiers (honeywell, Philipps), however i ignore which one' s fiture was accurate one.Then since end of JAnuary, it stopped working, i think the contact of the battery is not good hence the tool can not be charged, This is awfully expensive one comparing to others, and also inconvenient as the shape if roudish, but especially it worked for two months!!!!

The egg thats know better than the hen.
One of those two, is not accurate. Either Kaiterra is doubling the measurement, or Smile drive is dividing it in half. Never the less the measurement of Kaiterra is close to the one from Blue Air purifiers I'm using. Weak battery life, USB port has very quickly worn-out, charging is difficult now.

Cheap plug connection broke :-(
I used this product for indoor air monitoring for a year, but then the plug on the back of the monitor broke. It was a cheaply made connection; it wasn't properly straight to start. After just a year of use, I can no longer charge it. I can't find any way to repair it. I need to buy a new one...from a different brand.
