As I opened the product, and followed the directions, the unit was not working. There was no power, nor would it take a charge.After reaching out to the Manufacturer, and a few emails later, they sent a replacement, free of charge.

Even as an electronics technician, and a hobbyist mechanic, I had my doubts on all of the small jump start packs.I'll start off by saying the build quality of this device is great. no loose parts or cheap feeling components here.I'm seriously impressed with this little guy. I used it to start our work van, a Chevy Express 3500 with a 6 liter V8 with a completely discharged battery 7 times,and plenty of power to keep on doing it if needed. Works great to jump start my old project Volvo too.Easy to use, flashlight feature is a plus. Charges my cell phone as it should.I keep this is my day bag wherever I go know, it has replaced my old battery bank.A must have for someone always on the go, especially for the price!

Started 1500 Chev Silverado with a completely dead battery on the second crank. Simple to use. Came 3/4 charged. Be aware that it needs a 5V/3A charger with a USB port that does not come with it. I found a 5V/2.4A wall charger at a local store for $4.88 that took it to full charge. A USB/Type C cable comes with it but not the charger.

I didn't know I needed this. Old school and have had jumper cables, until I was in a car with no jumper cables. This is a very versatile unit and worked well on my 2001 BMW X5 with a dead battery. Once I read the directions and pushed the 'Boost' button, all was well and the car started right up.I highly recommend this product and the seller!

Amazed. Jumped my lawn mower off, mud buggy with a 4.2 straight 6, and my dodge ram 2500 5.7l hemi. Doesn't get any more convenient and easy to use. Awesome product, I would recommend to everyone. I think the power ratings are a little low, jumping my dodge off made it start faster than it ever has.

Almost gave it one star. Did not work at first. Car would not start. I kept reading the instructions and it kept mentioning a Boost button I had to push. I could not find the boost button for the life of me and the instructions were really poor (and I should mention I am old and have bad eyesight). Turns out the TINY boost button is on plug with the clips that plugs into the main unit. I finally found it by looking up a picture and finding better instructions on the web. Once I hit the boost button everything in the car lit up and the car started right away. So I should probably give it 4 stars for the bad instructions but I can't...this thing is amazing. I have a Volvo C70 that has an electrical problem that drains the battery. If I don't use the car for 2 or 3 days, it will not start. When I measured the battery with a voltmeter before using this starter I was getting only 3.4 volts! And this thing started the car right away. I drove the car for 10 minutes and checked the battery again and I was back to 12.5 volts. Everyone should get one of these for their car/truck/boat/etc. Oh, and one other thing. I did not need to charge the unit when I got it. I came fully charged and started the car right out of the box (as soon as I found the boost button). Great product.

Would not jump any cars. May have been defective. Received a second jump starter and it is working very well. Jumped a few cars with it and it worked fine. I would recommend this jump starter.

Broke in 2 months, charged upon recieving and tested, worked pretty good. I used 2-4 times worked as should. The last time pack was fully charged, but made whining sound with blinking lights and burnt smell....nothing! Called Audew because was past return date through Amazon. (Waste of time, what happened to manufacture warranty?? ) They told me I would have to contact Amazon because that where I purchased it. Contacted Amazon. I recieved a refund minus a restocking fee of $20 or so! I will NOT buy Audew product again. Must have been repaired models sold through Amazon.
