I've had this humidifier for a few weeks now; wanted to see how well it performed before reviewing it.Straight out of the box it is constructed with high quality materials. Plugged in and running it has an extremely nice display. The whole thing just looks like it's well made. (I'm really not that concerned with how it looks. Much more concerned with function. However, it does look very nice and, now that I have it, aesthetics do play a bigger role in my appreciation than I thought they would).Function-wise: this thing does a great job of pluming the mist high up into the air (which is what we want). No condensation, no pooling of water at the base. The "humidistat", part of the gorgeous, lighted display, works well and helps me to set the proper amount of humidity and, more important, it just gives you a target to dial in once you know what works for your room.Environment: I'm in Minnesota. It's winter. The house is dry. I have this unit on a window shelf, next to a plant, and the plant, which was doing ok, suddenly sprang back to energetic life. It looks like it looks during the summer with the leaves reaching toward the ceiling.And my cat, who was being plagued with static electricity, is back to having normal, pet-able hair. Which he seems to like. And, speaking of static electricity: it's gone. This is good because I have way too many electronics in the room and the last thing I want to do is fry anything.So, to sum it all up: this is a fantastic humidifier, at a great price, that looks good, and works well. Oh, cleaning is a breeze.Yes, I've already recommended it to a few people!

We just wanted a little extra indoor humidity for an unusually dry period in our area and this fit the bill nicely. There are tons of high value off-brand gems on Amazon that is fun to find and this is definitely one of them!Tank is easy to fill with handles on both ends, and it has a great display with humidistat to dial in automatic On/Off at the humidity level you want and a full tank lasts a full 12 hours on continuous high usage. It also looks cool with the nightlight on, and is nice you can turn just the light on while still letting it perform on High, which is very quiet itself. Or, you can press again for full on very quiet sleep mode for a bedroom. Personally I like a little noise while I sleep so I wouldn't actually use sleep mode but it's nice to have the option. Also, surprisingly the floor doesn't get wet where the mist is falling, it actually does a great job to finely aerosol the water to mix into the air before it hits the floor.Just a couple of minor Con's, one is that your set humidity level setting resets back down to 30% every time you fill it or power it off and back on. This is definitely a little annoying and they should address this in their next updated model. If it wasn't such a good value it would be worth knocking off a star. Also, a lot of warm water just sits in the base when you take the tank off to refill it. I have mine next to a sink so I dump this out every time I refill it but it's a little weird how it's supposedly empty yet a good cup or more of warm water just sitting there seems like would collect germs. Also, we have good quality soft water here but I'd use filtered water if convenient and if you live where the water is has a lot of minerals. Another is that it looks like the replacement filters are not for sale on Amazon at this time but not sure how often you really need to replace them if you keep the rest cleaned.Still a 5 star product based on value for all it's functionality!

We have been running this humidifier every night, all night, for 3 years and it is still working perfectly. I don't often comment on older purchases but this humidifier is exceptional. The engineering behind this is so impressive with the detailed controls, moisture dispersion, ease of cleaning, ease of refill, and just the right water volume to easily last all night when set on the highest setting. The ability to turn off all LEDs at night is an added bonus since this sits on my nightstand.I clean and sterilize it with a little bleach every couple of weeks. Other than that there is no maintenance.The "every night" use for years speaks volumes on the quality of this unit. And no, I'm not a Youtuber or other internet person that gets paid for reviews.
