NetBox HD: Freeview Play smart TV box + HD Streaming + recording = all in one place.

Very decent product.Fantastic picture quality.Bags of detail,sharp punchy and clean.Despite outputting 1080p at the top the picture looks extremely clean upscaled on my 4k tv.The box is reasonably snappy though the remote is not the most responsive.Superb UI ,freeview is displayed in thumbnails with synopsis & broken down into genre type.So easy to find what you want.4 gig of flash storage,pause upto 2 hours.I have been assured that netflix,nowtv and youtube will be available just before christmas or mid january plus more apps on the way.I took a chance on this at £49.99.Very happy so far the tuner is better than the one in my BT TV box.If it gets the apps everyone wants then this will be worth 5 stars.Alexa voice support on board too which works well,as good as any fire products.Over all not quite the full monty but enough to recommend a punt at the price,especially if you need Prime and a decent freeview tuner for a monitor.

I bought this box to replace an ageing Freeview box and was drawn to it by the built in Amazon prime and ability to instantly watch programmes I'd missed. The unexpected bonus was that although the Freeview signal isn't very strong where I live the Freeview part of the box was good enough to give me all the channels I couldn't previously get including the HD channels. It was worth the money just for that. The only downside is that Google seemed to tell me that YouTube would be arriving in October it doesn't seem to have happened. This was another attraction as my Firestick no longer supports it. Apart from this an excellent purchase so far. Took seconds to set up and connect to my wifi.

this is a good set top boxlet down by lack of apps ie youtube and netflix.the info shows that the box app is available but i cannot find it.now for the big problemthe sound output is so low that you will need to increase your tv volume my 75% just to hear it.i would not buy this unit and buy the the Manhattan T3 box once its released later this month.

Just wish I'd bought this sooner. Fantastic value, easy to set up, easy to use and the box itself is so small and compact. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this to others. Just think of the savings as well by cancelling your monthy subscriptions with the infamous two providers.

Brilliant, smart device, very easy and straightforward to install. With FreeviewPlay providing live TV and catch-up all in one place, it's so much easier to find what you want to watch, without endless clicking through loads of different menus - and the grandkids have loads of fun using the Alexa function too.

I. Think the Netgem. NetBox Was very easy to. Set. Up .THE. Only thing. I don’t. like was. the remote control.

I was expecting this product to deliver many more FREE channels in addition to what I currently have, which is Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all the channels on my Samsung Smart TV. However very quickly on assessing and investigation of the box it was obvious that it provided less channel access than I currently have, therefore I immediately returned the product next day.

Excellent box which has saved me the inconvenience and expense of purchasing a smart tv. Very simple to set up and to start viewing. Very impressed by the user interface of accessing channel and content from Amazon video.
