It works and it hasn’t broken yet
I agonized over picking out the right button makers because the reviews are all so sub par. I’m happy with this machine, it’s very sturdy and easy to use. My only concern however is that I’m not 100% sure which refill pack to buy...

Please be cautious.
Took me 2-3 time to read and Assembly. Once setup it seemed to work but the backing holding the pins is difficult to pin the button onto anything. It has been good while it worked but after just making 20 buttons it just started to crack and buttons weren’t coming out right.

when I purchase this item it mention different sizes. when it arrives only 1 inch buttons can be made and description of item had been fixed.

Good affordable button press if you are Ok with little instruction
Presses buttons pretty well... once you get your head around how it works. The "instructions" are just flat out worthless. But YouTube has some great tutorials. The trick is to print the material just slightly bigger than you would think. We found that a 1.2" print works just right for a 1" button. You need the excess paper to cushion the crimp around the metal face to the plastic backing. Too small and the crimp ends up cutting the plastic covering and the button falls apart. But, with the larger size it works great!Keep in mind that this is a Chinese off brand press. This means you MUST use this brand's button blanks. Every other brand simply just doesn't work. Kind of pissed me off but it has done about 1,000 buttons so far for us so for a little over 100 bucks I really can't complain. Mechanically it is a solid cast iron frame and the dies seem to be holding up well

Thumbs up on the badge/pin maker
The button machine is sturdy, instructions to build are quick and easy to follow. The badge maker is easy to use. The buttons that came with the machine are a bit smaller than I expected and the back of the pins are a tedious to unpin and place on material.

Broke after about 200 buttons
Product requires a lot of strength & then broke. Pretty disappointed :(
