Description of Product - Erroneous, leading to confusion and misselling
The Page on Amazon for this product reads as "i- shield A7 SD SCamera", but the product which i received was 'i-shield A7". Both products and features are different. Hence, the below suggestions or feedback to both Amazon and Cloudtail.1) Product description on the header and details below, should sync as per the Products on the website of the brand, in the given case they did not match.2) To the extent possible, use the same model number/product description as used by Brand(Honeywell), as i did extensive research on Honeywell website and then shortlisted products to buy. Due to erroneous description in Amazon page, wrong product was sold.3) If possible, give a hyperlink of the product catalog which links up to the brand site/page. this will be useful for cross verification.But a great product, so i have requested for return and will again place a order of the correct product. This time will not read the description on Amazon page but go through the product details.

Not satisfied with the product quality
Product stopped working within a year.However their after sales service fixed the product and it has been working fine since then. I have therefore enhanced the rating by one star.
