Frothing not with working
Just 4 months, frothing stopped to work and there is water leakgae, please dont buy this product

From day 1 it has a loose faulty plug. Kindly replace
The machine works well. From day 1 it has a loose faulty plug. I have to hold it and hold my breath so that coffee is made. For such an expensive machine, that is a disappointment. I would like the issue to be addressed or the machine to be replaced.

Such expensive product did not work when opened
We bought this expensive product and gifted it to someone special for their wedding and when they opened it n tried to use it the power was not working . They had to call customer care n came to know some part was loose . It is so embarrassing for us how can a new product not work . Wil never buy expensive product from amazon again . Ideally you should change it and send a new one instead of repairing a new product .
