Will this work with my swann nvr?

Dear Sir, Good day! I am so sorry to know that the camera can not work well at your side,pls do not worry,we will try our best to solve your issue. Can I know what kind of DVR do you use with the camera? We have adjusted the camera to CVBS working mode before we sent out the order,then the camera can work with all kind of DVR. However,you may change the camera working mode by accidently,and then the camera is in a wrong working mode with your DVR. If pls kindly change the camera working mode according your DVR type. Here is the detail you can adjust the camera working mode: Firstly,get power to the camera. Switch to AHD: Press&Hold Leftward for 10 Seconds Switch to TVI: Press&Hold Rightward for 10 Seconds Switch to CVBS: Press&Hold Upward for 10 Seconds Switch to CVI: Press&Hold Downward for 10 Seconds You need to press and hold the press for 10 seconds,do not press only,it can not be changed. You can try all the 4 directions if you do not know your DVR type. Any other things I can do for you,pls feel free to let me know. My best regards!
