My Hero Academia, Vol. 1 (Volume 1): Izuku Midoriya: Origin [Paperback] Horikoshi, Kohei

BNHA is my first foray into the world of manga. Watched the ongoing anime on Netflix first and was completely hooked! I couldn't resist buying at least the first volume for now when I found it on Amazon, since I am generally more of a reader than a viewer, and I love my graphic novels. The cover art and quality, as you can see, is stunning, and the work inside is beautifully detailed as well. Looking forward to reading and collecting all the volumes! Definitely worth the money, and the storyline itself is phenomenal, particularly if you're looking for a superhero world that is quite different from what the likes of DC and Marvel have offered us so far. Our protagonist, Midoriya Izuku, is absolutely lovable, and all the characters are well-rounded and make sense. Buy at least this first volume! And please don't be misled by one particular stupid review in the top five or six reviews here- this is NOT a children's comic book, it is meant for 13+ young adults and above, and I'd still only recommend it to 13 y/olds who read a lot and can handle some of the more mature themes in this manga, or else definitely 15+.

I have been watching the anime and right now I'm at s4 and s5 is running. I have been wanting the manga for it a while and once I got it, it had no damages. It was awesome. Instead of scrolling for reviews, Just buy the book. I don't have any regrets on using my money on this product.

The book was delivered in great condition, many books are delivered with scratched and strains. I liked the story. Best nanna I have ever read. 🤗

The media could not be loaded. They say don't judge a book by it's cover but still if the cover is settled wrongly?This book is a gr8 pack of fun but just the cover is opposite in back and front.Idk if it's a style for mangas but it's wierd guys.Still it's a good purchase ig.

Also, the story follows Izuku as izuku midoriya attends U.A. High School, u.a. high school for aspiring heroes. Further, izuku midoriya faces challenges and obstacles as izuku midoriya trains to become a one for all hero. Further, izuku midoriya must learn to control his newfound abilities and navigate the complex world of heroism. Yet, izuku midoriya is determined to prove that izuku midoriya can be a great hero without a quirk. Yet, izuku midoriya encounters villains and must use his wits and courage to overcome them. Therefore, this volume sets the stage for Izuku exciting journey to becoming the best hero izuku midoriya can be.

I cannot recommend this book enough, this is japan's approach towards superheroes and I cannot say I hate it.The main Protagonist is really likable and the side characters are interesting too, this has an interesting story filled with action and likable characters. The comedy is also used efficiently and does not feel forced, and the dramatic moments are also handled properly. Overall this is a good book and is certainly better than most of the series in print now.So do yourselves a favor and buy this book.
