Unreliable product
I bought this just over a year ago, for some time now, it has been difficult to charge, now it’s impossible … this is the second one wd have had and both get to the point where you can’t charge them because there is a fault with the connection socket. … don’t waste your money!

Awesome little speaker!
I bought this for my mum after owning one for years. Great volume, bass and sound quality for its size and used daily.

after 2 years it won't charge any more
After two years of occasionally using the speaker it now won't charge as it used to. A loud beeping noise sounds every 30 seconds even when on charge. Companies producing wireless products have to make sure these things last more than just a couple of years or that the battery could be replaced, which in this case it can't. I had the same problem with my 3 year old AEG hoover. Battery stopped charging but it was built in so couldn't be replaced and therefore the whole thing had to be thrown out. This is SO BAD for the planet! It should be made illegal to produce such short lived devices. I'm very upset so much rubbish is still being produced.

Not loud.
The box looks and sounds good at low volume. If you want to use it with iPhone you often get a message telling you to turn your headphones down, even though it is not headphones!
