I purchased a pair of jeans for my husband in October. He has been wearing Levi’s his entire life so he is adamant about wearing them and not trying a different brand. He only wore the jeans two times. The second time they completely shredded. I went to return them only to find out I could not, it was just a couple of days after the 30 day return period. When I went to the Levi’s website per the return detail on Amazon I was shocked to see all the hoops you have to jump through just to try and return.I told my husband that I was not going to go through this just to return something that was clearly an issue with defective material but required a lot of hoops to jump through.So the reason for my 1 star review because I can’t review without a star.1. Customer Service non existent. My husband tried calling their customer service and was directed to their return policy on their website, it was the same thing that I had already found out.2. 30-day return window is a joke. I would expect 60-days to return. My husband only wore 1 time in 30-days. The second time he wore the material shredded. The fact is the 30-day clock starts the day you order. That does not mean you will get them within a day or two. Depending on whether you have Amazon Prime or not.3. Even if you went through all the hoopla to return it is no guarantee they will refund or replace the jeans.I don’t wear Levi’s and after this I would not buy any for myself. With that being said my husband had me order a couple more pairs, which I was totally against. In the future I have told him he needs to go to an actual store or a big and tall men’s online store to shop. Most have more than a 30-day return policy.Levi’s are expensive I would expect them to last longer than 2X wearing.
