The Classic Guideline on Recognizing Self-value
Yes, I know this small book (rather a "booklet" really) is available for download on internet, but as I prefer physical book over a virtual one, I got the paperback.Peter Drucker was a famous management consultant and an eminent management writer in Harvard Business Review magazine. This short piece of writing was originally published previously in the same magazine and considered a classic now.The short essay will give you a framework and various tools to recognize your potential and reorganize your strengths that will guide you through your life, both in your professional as well as personal endeavor. The advices presented here are written in a crisp manner, which will suit even for someone who doesn't prefer "self-help" genre. The explanation is straightforward and practical, which you could implement immediately.Read it if you have some concern with managing yourself, or want to learn the skill-set to recognize your best individual version.Have a good day.

But it's a really nice book . you'll get some great insights on how you can analyse yourself and to get on the perfect career path. It's very short and precise which is why i like this book. A must read.

Communication is your responsibility
Pinching myself if I really didn't like this one. Read it again. Just when the book was warming up on a great treatise on strengths and weaknesses, the book just meanders and closes. Perhaps, it is an excerpt from a thicker book. It was fantastic till it lasts and gave me a new thought too.

Great article
Great, timeless advice from Peter Drucker. However, please be advised that this is just a single article, and not really a book. It has been made into a book with great difficulty. Small dimension, large line spacing, huge margins etc. See the pictures other users have posted. You may get better value by finding a book which has a compilation of HBR articles.

This was short but it was packed with useful information.
This was short but it was packed with useful information. It's great for people who think they might not be able to get through a whole self help book or something a little more intense to read. I enjoyed almost all of it. It had a lot of useful points and great for someone just starting out on a career change or trying to understand themselves better. Was a good first step to moving up to a more intense read. Peter F. Drucker seems like he has a very simple way of writing and found it easy to follow.

A short but powerful read
Very short but well worth reading, especially if you’re a leader, manager, or self employed knowledge worker. Clearly written and practical.

Recommended
Simple straight forward, and above all very interesting content about the need to manage oneself. Couldn’t stop the reading... maybe it is my own perception, or expectations....didn’t expect it to finish so soon.
