I can tell when I've forgotten to take them because I have the urge to pee even when I don't need to. When I use them I might get up at night once or twice instead of four times and I don't just barely go. I drink a lot of water all the way up to bedtime so of course I'm going to need to pee but I don't get those false alarms from my prostate being irritated.

I try a product like this for 30 days. if no results are obtained in that time period, I drop it and check around for another. this may be a good product for some, but it didn't help me any.

I like many men my age have to deal with getting up to urinate during the night. I have tried plenty of products (over 30) with poor success. Luckily, I stumbled upon this product. This stuff works very well. By the second day I was only getting up once and after 1 week I was able to sleep an entire 8 hour night. I will definitely continue using this product.

bought two of these Prostanex supplements claimed to have 90 capsules in each one. first one had 90 second only 56 . please check other containers and let me know

Bad odor.

I initially used this product in combination with Graminex Flower Pollen Extract and within days showed an incremental increase in symptomatic relief (less discomfort, sometimes not even getting up once at night; rarely getting up more than once). Not sure if it's the saw palmetto ingredient or just the additional Flower Pollen Extract, but the combination works better than anything else I have tried (including Prosta P-10x which does virtually nothing)

After a month of using, I am much better for BPH, and not taking the dr. prescription of pills. Works for me!
