Q: Can I this oil for my polaris rzr xp4 1000?

From searching online it looks like the recommended oil is 5W50 synthetic. Might want to double check your owner's manual.

Q: can this be used for all 3 holes? Engine, Transmission and Gear box?

Just two - Main and primary. Not the gear box. For that use Motul Gear 300, 75-90.

Q: Can this be used in all three holes on a 2020 Milwaukee 8?

I've been using the Motul 20-50W in the main and primary of my 07 Fatboy for 14yrs. It's fabulous! -- But not in the gearbox. For gear box I recommend using the Motul Gear 300 75-90W.
