Pathetic Service by both Amazon and the Seller, the received Hard Disk was not functional after two weeks of installation which was covered under warranty for 2 years. Fed up calling the Amazon customer care and no resolution from the seller as no direct contact. It’s been almost an year for now.

I am a cctv camera technishian ihave purchase so many items from amazon but this is my first rxprrance. This camera had manufacturing defect and you may please be requested to replace the item or serviceSince the same has one year warranty One dome camera and bullet camera are manufacturing defect so iwould like to return the same with imediately. In my near cp plus service centre kindly information sent cp plus Trivandrum, kerala serviceing centre.

Product quality is great. All the mentioned items were there.

Camera clearity & Quality- 4/5DVR - 2/5. This DVR Doesn’t gives 1080 video output. It gives max output of 720. That is one major incorrect information provided by seller. Plus heats up too much. there is no power indicator in dvr So you don’t know, is that Connected / running or not. Once u paid for installation N then get to know it’s not 1080 video output you can’t uninstall It n send Back to seller.Cable Quality - AN unbranded. worst quality of wire cable 0.5/5. Seller has mentioned 90 mtr but was too less. It should not more 50 mtr.Power supply - An unbranded which heats up veryConnector - again an unbranded & worst quality.3 pcs were in damaged conditionHard drive - 3.5/5.Packing - 2/5. Too worst. Placed an order with FBA & prime but there was no used of standard packaging which generally I get in FBA orders like amazon prime tape n amazon box. They used unbranded plain box instead amazon brand’s box.

3+1 copper cable is week strength video quality was blurve and I want good copper cable can replace only 3+1 copper cable please contact me

This is total waste of money to order this product from Amazon, have received an defective product and we have been asking for refund for which Amazon is been creating a pick up request every time and every time it is getting declined, we have already called them close to 15 times and every time it is the same, Amazon customer service team is the worst team as they don't know what they are doing and now finally I guess we need to contact consumer court or have to take legal action.We have contacted and sent email to everyone in Amazon with no proper response and I will say that try not to use Amazon when you have to buy something expensive and use it only for small amount order. Final say total waste of money don't dare to buy it from here, rest is your wish once you get in there trap then you will know why I have written this feedback

Product is ok only value for money.Camera quality is not awesome but good.Camera lens was not laminated than hikvision camera. HDMi or VGA cable not included. Power supply board is local type company. Included camera wire roll is also local company type. I Overall giving for setup is 4.2 star rating. In 16000 segment you must buy. Go for it overall good.
