About Turtle Island Imports Sarongs: Sarongs are worn in a variety of ways. Wrap as a skirt, top, headpiece, scarf or shawl. They are not only the perfect beach wrap but they make a great tablecloth, wall hanging or curtain. The sarongs we bring you come from Bali. We travel there annually to pick out the finest ones to add to our selection. Most of these beautiful designs are done by batik, applying wax to the fabric to resist the dye. The wax is then removed revealing the design. All are made from fast drying, breathable rayon and measure approximately 66" x 46", not including the fringe. They wash easily by hand or machine. Hang to dry. Wash separately the first time or two. We love these sarongs. You will, too!

It's beautiful.
I needed a sarong for a dance class I took. I still have this and occasionally bring it out in the summer to go to the pool. It's beautiful.

Very nice pattern suitable as a cover-up or for decorating. Fabric is thinner than I had hoped and is not suitable for using as a wear alone garmet, child carrier, or impromptu backpack.
