Steel Series Arctis Nova 7X
Bought to replace a Turtle Beach headset that my brother had from Xbox One and had given to me.Set up:The Nova 7X headset was easy to set up; simply adjusted the headstrap where I needed it, plugged the dongle into my Series X with the extension cable provided, and turned on the headset. Just make sure that the toggle on the dongle is set to Xbox for Xbox and USB for everything else (PC, PS5, Switch, etc.) The headset sounds pretty good out of the box, however, seem to be what I would call "tingy" without making adjustments on PC. After I connected to PC, I set up the headset using Sonar on the Steel Series software that's free to download from their site, but I don't think that translated to the xbox. What did, however, was the EQ settings because I set it to Bass Boost and it seems to have gotten rid of the "tingy" sound I was experiencing previously.Battery life:The battery life is phenomenal. I would say getting 38 hours or more is absolutely possible. I have had the headset for over a week now and charged it for the first time last night and it only seemed to take a couple hours to get to full charge. I was wearing the headset throughout the week watching youtube, playing games, etc. trying to get it to die. May vary from person to person as I typically work 9-10 hour days and worked 4 days last week while obviously not using the headset.Microphone:It's a mic. My brother says that he can hear me more clearly than when I wore my previous headset, but it is a Steel Series mic, so take that with a grain of salt.Features:The volume and chat mixer rollers (volume on left ear, chat mixer on right) are recessed which is great for sitting back in a recliner or on a couch and not having to worry about volume getting messed with by previously mentioned furniture (which was a problem for me with the Turtle Beach headset that I upgraded from.) Power, Bluetooth, and Mute buttons respond well and do exactly as they are meant to. Mic retracts into the left ear which is great when you want to watch something and not have a mic in your face. The headstrap and ear cushions have been great in my experience. I wear glasses and the headset feels very comfortable despite this. (In contrast, the Turtle Beach headset kind of dug into and rubbed the top of my head during extended gaming sessions. I also felt the part of my glasses just above my ear getting pushed into my ear by same headset.)Customization:I like that the headstrap, ear cushions, and magnetic side plates can be swapped out. Not only for the customization of it, but also the longevity of being able to swap the headstrap and ear cushions in the event of wear and tear.Weight:Comparable with the Turtle Beach headset, but I'd say the Nova 7Xs are a bit lighter. Conclusion:I am really enjoying the Nova 7X headset so far and I would definitely say it's an excellent choice for a headset, especially at $150 USD. Sound quality, battery life, and comfortability seemed to definitely be in mind when they designed this headset. It certainly feels like a lot of thought was put into this headset by Steel Series. Good job, Steel Series. I look forward to buying more of your products in the future, especially if this much thought of the user's experience is put into them. 10/10. Amazing headset. Amazing experience.

Super comfortable, fantastic headset!
When I decided to get a new headset for my PS5 I did some looking around for quality wireless ones and landed on this pair. No matter how many I've tried through the years I keep having the same comfort problem - until I got these. Gone is the discomfort of hard plastic rubbing the top of my skull. These are absolutely perfect in terms of wear. They are light, the ear cup material is not too hot and this does not rest heavily on your head. I sometimes use blue light blocking glasses as well and these allow you to comfortably wear frames without any friction. The battery life is really good as well and I appreciate that the power light indicator will continue to change color as the battery drains. So if you have a full charge the light is green, over time it will fade to yellow and then to red and beep for you to know the power is almost out. They charge lightning quick though so I have never had an issue with the battery life. One of the most exciting features is the ability to use dual audio. So you can hook these up via bluetooth to your console, but ALSO your mobile phone. So if you want to listen to game audio, but also a video on YouTube, you can have both going in your ears at once. It's really awesome! And also makes these an ideal pair for people that might just want them for their mobile devices. Pairing with devices is positively painless and the microphone can be retracted at any time so as not to obscure your face. My partner has borrowed these before for work calls and has never had any issues with audio quality. To me, the sound is fairly balanced, but does not have any in depth equalizer or app that I am aware of. Volume can be relatively quieter than some headsets even at full blast, but it is still more than sufficient to me - especially if you have the dual audio going. Say you have Spotify open on your phone or tablet app, you can control that apps volume while the headset volume itself is separate. This is a really neat option in my opinion and I do it often when I'm listening to music while gaming. These also have spatial audio support, so if your console allows it you can tune these in your console settings if you like the 3D audio in games.Honestly, you really can't go wrong with these and I highly recommend for their versatility and comfort alone.

Great Sound, Clear Chat, and Long Battery Life
I bought these wireless Xbox headphones for my boyfriend as a birthday gift, and he absolutely loves them! The sound quality is great, and his friends say they can hear him super clearly on chat. The battery life is really impressive too—it lasts a long time before needing a recharge. They’re comfortable, easy to use, and perfect for gaming. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a reliable headset that works well and makes gaming even better!

Overall a good choice!
I have been using these headphones on my gaming pc for about a month now and I really like them. They have an adjustable head strap to help with the fit of the ears and they are really comfortable in my opinion. I haven't had any issues of them being too tight and I do consider myself to have a pretty large head. I will admit, I have dropped them on the floor quite a bit but I haven't had any sound issues or had anything break so far. I prefer using the usb option for my pc but they also have a bluetooth function which Is nice for if you want to use the headphones for a mobile device as well. I would say that, for what I paid, these are very cute and they work amazing. The only downside is that they do tend to turn off/disconnect if I don't play a video or have audio going for more than 10 minutes. I also don't really care for the low battery sound, it's quite loud and glitchy sounding although I don't know if that is a problem with mine or just the way they sound.
