ClarksMen's Bushacre 2 Chukka Boot

How does a 78 year old man lose a pair of shoes? My husband’s (very very expensive Nordstrom acquired) version of these shoes were simply not in any closet.And he needed some. So I took a chance and ordered these. They are very nice, very well made, from a layperson’s impression. What I like is the dark color, which looks good in semi dress up conditions as well as casual.How does a man lose his shoes? When he spends the a few nights at his daughter’s home, where shoes are left by the front door, and the son in law puts them on and heads to work, thereafter incorporating them in his collection!

The one i received was made in India. I don't see that as a problem. Most people prefer the Vietnam made Clarks but, I know India has capable craftsmen as well. I am not sure I like the cork sole and man made inner lining but I guess that is what seperates it from the Desert boots that cost more in comparison. I currently own the Wallabee and Shacre lite, and they are very comfortable. I feel this one will take a few months to break in and shape to my feet. It feels durable and looks well stictched.

Fits to size if buys this one size up it's going to be too big. I like the color and quality of the matetial.

Great shoes. Will break in over time. But I find them comfortable from the start

I have had a couple pairs of the original desert boots, bought these because they were a bargain. Disappointed by how stiff the leather is and how uncomfortable they are compared to the original. They look good and hold up alright but I've owned them for over a year and they don't break in or mold to your feet like the originals.

Great leather....But!Flat as a board inside!If you need flat fitting shoes great. These are for you.However, I tried, and tried to add shoe inserts for arch support. Then the shoes got too tight.Not a good fit.

Gorgeous leather boot. Looks great on my husband and he says they’re really comfy.
