i dont have a pc and can it play vr chat and can i use any standard headphones jack?

Software support，it ok。focus plus has its own earphones, can’t connect other earphones

Can it play vr chat without a pc?

I haven't installed VR Chat to tell you for sure, but on the Viveport Infinity page VR Chat is shown as being compatible with the Focus Plus. So far, every game I have tried that says that has installed directly on to the headset rather than running through Steam VR - for example, Fruit Ninja installs locally and says the same thing, whereas Crisis Vrigade 2 plays through Steam and does not list compatibility with the Focus Plus (although it plays great if your PC is capable.) My understanding is that VR Chat would play without the PC.

How good is vive focus plus technical support? because currently i am unable to select 'north america' for contact info & questions over phone.

Sadly, it's terrible. Vive Focus Plus isn't really sold to consumers- it's only available through HTC's Enterprise department. Sometimes that means better service; in this case it means email based technical support that is extremely slow and so far hasn't helped with anything. The device itself is great, but HTC's support for it makes it feel like a very beta-development level product.

Can you play swords and sorcery on this?

I haven't tried Swords and Sorcery, but everything I've tried from Steam VR has worked so far. Using ReVive you can even play all of the Vader Immortal games.
