Once you scan a document, can you set it up where the document will it go directly to your drop box?

After you scan the document, there are many options - save, attach to email, send to google drive, dropbox, evernote, one drive, word, excel, powerpoint. You may need to download another app, but then you login to your account, select a folder, filename and format of jpeg, pdf or searchable pdf. One very important thing is to come up with a standard naming format since the software defaults to "document 20190128_001" style of format. I'm using a "20190128 vendor purpose" format and then filing in a client/function specific folder. A bit of work on input, but it will be easier to locate later. I am also starting with current year material and will decide what to scan of past papers after I have a bit of experience on going digital.
