I live alone and do not have good strength in my hands. How difficult is it to put these on and off?

I too struggle to put these on but it is more because my legs are very swollen and the velcro on the tabs don't overlap enough. It does take a bit of strength to secure them if legs are large and swollen. But if your legs are less swollen you should be able to overlap the tabs fairly easily. I would pull the top part over with one hand and smooth out the bottom part with the other hand to help make a good velcro connection.

What is the maximum circumference for the foot?

I just tried to measure ours, and it looks like a circumference of 12 inches. It connects with velcro and you may be able to adjust the foot forward and back to make it fit over the toes better.

Is this one or two boots that you get with each order ??

This is for a pair of boots. You get both sides. They are very comfortable. Recommended.

Is this heavy duty velcro that is hard to pull apart. I live alone and have neuroathy in my hands too. Is this hard to pull apart?

The velcro is strong with good holding power, but you should be able to wrap it around your legs and pull it apart. Hope your hands get better. Blessings.
