Q: Can this hose be used with hot water?

I was wondering the same thing so I emailed Camco and they said "the premium drinking water hose ( blue in color) will tolerate up to 180 degrees.

Q: Is this hose made in the USA?

I could not find any stamp on the hose as to where it was made.. It does have a placard that says it is NSF/ANSI standard 61.Wish I could be more helpful, but I can say, I have had it in service several months now with no problems at all. The hose fittings on each end are very well made.Below is from their website.Camco started in 1966 with one employee and one product. Q: What is the metal made of?

It’s definitely not brass. The nickel finish is off of mine now after 3+ years of use and the metal strain relief has a thick layer of rust on it.

Q: Can i Use it to water my garden?

Yes, I currently use it in my garden. It is not lined with lead like other hoses, and it fits on the water spout. I personally feel more comfortable using this hose to water my plants. You are what you eat.
