Q: is the shelf life just one month from the first use? what if I don't use up the entire box in a month from the first opened date? do i have to toss it

No the shelf life is great. These are made for fridge freezer with the flow through sides but can be used as regular baking soda. I actually use it in my fridge for 1-3 months then use the baking soda and vinegar to clear up my drains and use it for other cleaning so it’s a double dip.

Q: What does 1 pack mean? How many boxes would be included in “1-pack”?

1 Pack of 12 (boxes) = 12 boxes/pack

Hey Rebecca, while the Fridge-N-Freezer contains pure ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda we do not recommend it for baking. The granulation size is intended specifically for deodorizing.
