I had cataract surgery 2 days ago. I regained my distance vision, but lost my previously perfect close vision. Try putting three kinds of drops on your eye four times a day, when you can't see!This $10.49 gift from heaven was delivered in one day, and has made my new routine infinitely easier and removed all the frustration.It was packed beautifully, with each piece in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy little boxIt is well constructed, with a heavy lucite base and frame, and chrome connectors.It took maybe 90 seconds to assemble. The post attaches to the base with a screw. Someone complained that the screw made the mirror unstable, but they did not read the directions or look at the base. One side of the base has a recessed opening in the center, in which the screw is countersunk. I didn't even need a screwdriver. I just held the screw head in place with a finger, while screwing it into the connecting rod. Easy peasy. Then I screwed on the mirror in its frame.It is rock solid, doesn't tip over, and is a perfect size for holding above my face while I tip my head back to add the eyedrops.Someone else complained that it is blurry. They obviously don't understand how a strong magnifying mirror works. It has to be maybe 4 inches from your face. Any further away and you get distortion, because the magnification is 20x. Mirrors with lower magnification (like my 5x makeup mirror) do not distort at greater distances.So this 7" mirror is perfect for my needs, and is the bargain of the century for $10.49. It also came with a little tweezer/forceps as an extra bonus!It is essential for anyone who needs to use eyedrops, and would also be great for finding an eyelash or slipped contact lens.

This mirror was a little smaller than I expected but it was still nice.

It does not have 30X magnification. While the mirror is nice, it is not even close to 30x, probably more like 10x. Still that works fine for me. Just a bit peeved that they would advertise it at 30x, when it is not. Otherwise I'd probably give it 5 stars.

Good quality standing mirror and very easy to put together! Stable frame and good zoom. Definitely recommended for makeup users!

I have a couple 10x mirrors from other stores (not amazon) that are MUCH stronger than this supposed "20x" mirror. This one is MAYBE 5x, barely magnifies at all. Returned, but can't get the time back that I spent shopping for it, and driving to the return location. This seller should be paying me money for wasting my time. Sellers like this are the reason I barely buy off Amazon anymore. Want a magnification mirror that is what it says it is? They have them at Sally Beauty, TJ Maxx, Target, etc. Don't waste your time on Amazon.
